Good day I need your help to locate the package with the guide RY333258192CN I have not been notified if the package is being discontinued or is still in progress but I have many days from the day I made the purchase to today's date that the package does not arrive I hope you can help me please

Hi Mario Rodriguez,

It left China on October 17 and on the way to Mexico after that day. If you couldn't get it before Dec. 17, it's not normal. Then, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution re-send one or refund you.
