I'm waiting on a parcel with tracking number LO593101541CN. No changes in status since 7/12/19 which is more than 10 days ago. Can you please tell me when this is likely to arrive? I was originally told it would arrive within 7-14 days since I made the order which was on 1/12/19. I need the order to arrive before Christmas. Thanks
