I'm trying to track a package I ordered on Amazon about a month ago and haven't received it yet even though it says shipped. The tracking feature on your website doesn't work.

Here is the tracking details for your package. It's still in transit to US now. Better open a dispute to the seller if you couldn't receive it this month. It's not normal.

Hello,
i tried many different webbrowsers, but i cannot click on the white search bar. Only 1 browser ( puffin) worked but in that browser the TRACK button doesnt function. Isnt it important to have a website which is reachable from every browser?

what is wish to know is this.

package with code: RF624257515CN. is ready for shipment since the 3th of April. How long will it take before it will be shipped?
