Tracking system shows “delivered” but didn’t receive any items

Hello,
I have 2 packages sent to Toronto, Ontario, Canada with the tracking numbers of AT131919895CN and AT131920029CN. The tracking systems show they were delivered to my postal code but I haven’t received any of them. I went to local post office to ask but they said their system didn’t have these two tracking numbers, so they couldn’t check them for me. I supposed my local post office is Canada Post. I am not sure if this is the partner of China Post for delivering in Toronto city, Canada. If no, please let me know which courier I can contact for my packages. If yes, why didn’t my tracking numbers show up in their system and please let me know how can I find out my packages. Thank you!

Tracking number AM572398705CN. It shows that has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything. Probably it has been delivered to a local carrier which I don’t know and after trying to find out who has it didn’t get any results. Please help by sending who has it and if possible new tracking number.
