Hi, I know this may seem impatient but could you tell me if you can see any updates your side on this tracking number please? - EB756726481CN
It has been stuck on 'Guangzhou City, has been delivered to the carrier transport' since 25th November, so I assume it hasn't even left China yet.
There are some gifts in there, so I kind of would like to know whether I need to buy them different gifts for Christmas if there are some major delays.
Should this status update once it makes it on to a plane or will it not update until it arrives in the UK?
