Tracking stuck at "The Airline Departs" for over a month?

Can anyone please help me find my parcel, the tracking is saying "the Airline Departs" on 22 April, it is now 26th May and still no update. Amazon are telling me its lost and to get a refund, even though this is not the suppliers issue. How much longer should I expect to wait for my parcel? Tracking is LZ797647735CN. Thankyou.

e-packet is slow to Australia at present. It usually takes about 50-80 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
