Tracking stuck at "flight arrived"

Hi! My tracking number is EB735693955CN, the package arrived in Canada on Dec. 28th and the tracking hasn't been updated since. I contacted Canada Post, they said the package hasn't got into their system. Is the package lost at the destination airport?

Hi Hazel,

It hasn't been arrived in Canada but in the middle location now. It's delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Can someone please check what is happening with this parcel? LZ847524064CN
2 packages were send from the same seller on the same day, tracking shows a time difference of 2 minutes since the start. How is it possible that one arrived in the Netherlands already and the other one got stuck on 'Flight departure' for over a week now?
