Tracking status stuck on "Departure" for more than 4 month

Hello there,
I have going through a hard issue since the buyer I ordered from lied to me and proposed a fake Tracking number that shows I received the item so this how he win the dispute and now until I explained them that its not my tracking number and showed them that Its been almost 4 month now that I am waiting for for my parcel to arrive without a hope since its stuck on "Departure"
and AliExpress asked me to provide a missing document to support my claim otherwise my money is gone "What a shame service" They don't wanna believe that I have not received the parcel but they do believe a seller that propose someone else's tracking number, AliExpress is a stupid service making buyers go through headache.
So I am here to see if I can get any document to support my claim as there is no any ways to connect China post by air service at all...
