Hello, my package was shipped 4/14/20 but it has not updated it’s status since 4/23/20. Can you please check it’s location? LN851193103CN

Hi Dior,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
