Tracking status "No tracking information for the shipment or overdue tracking"

When I try to track my package, I receive "No tracking information for the shipment or overdue tracking".
I contacted the seller on December 7th and they stated that it was sent via China Post on November 14th and I should receive it before Christmas.
Should I be concerned by this tracking status? Is it possible that I still could receive my package before Christmas?

Hi missyschick,

No tracking information for the shipment usually means the seller hasn't shipped it. You need to open a dispute or contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
