Hello I need to know who has my package, the seller will not tell me. The package has been in my town for over a week and has yet to be delivered. I need courier info

I am pretty convinced that I am a victim of a scam and have been given a fake tracking number - even though the tracking works. I have asked the seller multiple times for details of the UK courier and the just deflect or ignore the question - who will be the UK courier for AM356216111CN - or is it fake tracking?

Tracking information states parcel delivered. I have not received the parcel.i do not know who the UK courier is or the UK tracking number for that courier. The China courier tracking is not recognised by any UK courier
