Tracking # RH365762305CN doesn't look like it has left China yet since Mar 9? This is the second time they have shipped this product. The first one just never arrived! Can you tell me the status?

The status of ' [Exchange Bureau in Shanghai] have been exported directly' means it has left China. So, it has left China since Mar. 9. It's on the way to Canada. Wait patiently. I'll inform you once it's there.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
