Tracking shows delivered, not here?!?

Tracking shows a trail from China to my town and says it's been delivered. How can I find out who delivered and exactly where. Also when I put tracking on usps it says it's not yet shipped?

Hi ajhirschfeld,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
