It says that my order has arrived at dongguang sorting facility, and it keeps leaving and arriving??? I dont know whats happening but can someone check on it?

After a series of security return, at Beijing International airport, the tracking system has failed to indicate the status of my parcel with Tracking number RV136308082CN. All I have been seeing is "in transit to the next facility". I am more confused because Beijing airport is an international airport, now, if it says "in transit to the next facility" does it mean it has left China for the destination country? Or are they saying it has been forwarded to the next security checking facility? What exactly do they mean by this?
