Tracking says successfully delivered but it was not.

I had my package sent to a friend's work because I know it would be safe to be delivered there. It says it was delivered there on Monday but there has been no sign of it. Tracking number- AS750394737CN

On 12/21/22 tracking was updated to show this package was successfully delivered twice. I have not received it and it should’ve been delivered to Virginia Beach, VA. Please tell me where the package is or provide me with the local carrier contact info.
