I have been given a tracking number of AM466469237CN. The shipment shows as delivered today to Werribee Vic Australia 21.10.2024 but it has not been received nor has anything been taken by neighbours. The shipment should be 4 large boxes. Please advise where this is. Thank you

It may delivered to the express lockers or pickup points near your home and surrounding areas. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have a problem with a shipment that, according to the shipment information, should have been delivered to me on October 15, 2021. To this day I have not received this shipment. It can be assumed that the shipment is at the customs office. But until today I have not received any notification and therefore I do not know where and at which customs office the package was delivered.

First, I am very upset about the delay in the shipment, as it has been more than 38 days and I have not received the shipment yet

When I access the tracking, it appears on the 17 Track website that the shipment has been received, but I have not received anything
I sent several previous emails to find out the name of the shipping company responsible for delivering my shipment so that I could communicate with them, but unfortunately to no avail and there was no response from you.
