Tracking says its done, but I have not received any thing?

My parcel was shipped on 12th Jan, I was given 2 tracking numbers, but communication has been unsuccessful, tracking says it is done but I have not received any thing.

i have purchased an item back in January 2020 and it has been posted in March however since then the tracking has been saying the same thing and its really annoying as i dont know where the parcel is.
