Tracking number GOA105835234YQ says parcel was delivered, but I have not received this parcel. Where is this parcel.

We are trying to locate a parcel being delivered to our supplier, PGP, in China. It was sent from the UK with DPD and we now believe it is with yourselves. We have been advised delivery was unsuccessful but our customer is open all day until 9pm and never received it. Please can you confirm if the parcel is still with you and if it can be re-delivered.
