Tracking says delivered but package was never delivered

Hello,
As per tracking number AM558542967CN it states that the package has been delivered on Dec, 23rd, 2024. But the package was never delivered at all. Checked the mailbox everyday ever since but nothing. Checked with my neigbours as well but nothing. Also, I checked with nearby Canada Post office and they cannot find anything about the tracking ID: AM558542967CN in their system. Can you please advise what might have happened and what should I do next.
