Tracking says delivered and signed for but has not arrived. Nobody could have signed for it and I was home at time stated (time difference considered). Please tell me which courier was used for delivery in UK. Please tell me who supposedly signed for it. It definitely isn't here and the seller is not quick at responding to messages.

I didn't receive my order till now and in tracking app and logistic site it is showing Delivered could you please update me as soon as and I the china company they didn't respond and I contacted ups, FedEx, Aramax, DHL, TNT but they all said they didn't receive shipment and I contacted my local post office they informed me there there is no shipment received from china.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
