Tracking says delivered but never received

Hello,
We ordered an outdoor LP heater And the tracking shows as delivered but we never received the item. What’s odd is that it says it was out for delivery on Saturday, November 14th at 8:49 am and then it says it was delivered on Tuesday, November 17, at 10:44 pm. We order many items on Amazon and we have never received a delivery that late in the evening before. Also, the post office is closed at that time. It says it was shipped through China Post so I’m not sure if USPS is involved.
Shipped with China Post:
Tracking ID: AS454987543CN
This was a gift to me for Christmas from my wife, so she let a few days go by hoping that it would show up. Again, we never have any problems with deliveries to our house so she went ahead and let me know so I could get involved and help track the package. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
