Tracking says cast but haven't received any updates after that.

I have been tracking my package since I received the tracking code. I have been home every day and have yet to have package received, but the tracking show that my package has been cast. Can someone help me track the following: AQ472212663CN

According to the tracking information, AQ472212663CN was delivered on November 18. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
