Hi can you yell me were my parcel is?left china or not RP114904410CN and RA800056362CN says is shipped on 31.12.2018 but nothing in the tracking sistem. Thank you in advance

RP114904410CN left China on Dec. 12.

Possible reason for no tracking information for RA800056362CN:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it.
2. The sender hasn't handed it over to China Post.
