I ordered it in August and it has been a month since an update. What do I need to do to get my package before the year ends?

Hi RWoodard,

Its from Hong Kong to the US since September 24. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in the US.

Hi, I’ve been waiting for over a month for my package with tracking EV922394689CN
It was supposed to arrive in 10-20 days but didn’t happen.
I had no updates on the tracking since the 13rd of March but today, after almost a month of wait, these popped out on the tracking “ 广州市, 【广州国际中心】退回，备注：安检退回” and “ 广州市, 【广州国际中心】已出口直封”. What is happening? Is it being returned after being almost a month in transit at the airport in China?
