Tracking report shows as its delivered but did not receive anything

The traacking report says my parcel is delivered but couldnt receive anything. How can this happen? Explain to me what happend and let me get the parcel as soon as possilbe

Tracking # AQ101854555CN. Last tracking report dated 4/16/2023 13:19 shows "Delivered". I did not receive the item yesterday nor did I receive it today. My understanding is that United States Post Office (USPS) delivers for China Post. USPS does not deliver on Sunday except for packages contracted with Amazon. This item was not purchased from Amazon so it could not be delivered by USPS on Sunday 4/16/2023. Please advise the whereabouts of this item and who will be delivering it and when. Thank you.

Where was my package delivered AQ529119755CN. Status shows CAST. Package is NOT here, was not delivered to my home and the USPS knows nothing about that tracking number and since this is a small town they report as not seeing anything that large.
