Tracking question -- no updates for 10 days

Hi, I was wondering if there were known delays with EMS right now or if I should contact someone about whether my package has been lost or sent back to the seller? The last I see on the tracking is that EB741490798CN seems to be at customs again after being returned once, and that USPS has been notified to expect the package -- but does that mean it's still moving along? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi Laura,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on April 2. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
