Hi I'm trying to pursue a matter regarding what looks like a non lodgement of goods for shipping and also there's added confusion because I want the sender to update the address. They insist that an item that I paid for expedited shipping for was lodged for shipment on the 18th of January . I think it is bizarre that the item would just be floating around the China post warehouses or post shops without even being scanned in to the system, particularly given that it is being sent "vip" which is estimated to be delivered in 7-10 days. The tracking number, to date, shows a message in red which indicates that the parcel is not received by China post. Can you please advise me? The tracking number is LZ622838693CN

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
