I was wondering if you could assist in the tracking of a parcel. I have tracked on your site but I’m looking for a bit more information, as I have been through the UK and Hong Kong postal service and they have referred me now to you. I sent a parcel back in July which is a return to a seller as they messed me about for six weeks, and then sent me something that did not resemble what I purchased. I am not out of pocket the cost of a tracked parcel amount and the purchase price. If you could help in anyway to locate this parcel further it would be appreciated. Tracking ID LB315093642GB

It's still stuck in Guangzhou now. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if it will be delivered to Hong Kong. If no, you need to contact Royal Mail to give you a solution about this as they are the courier who has charged you.
