Hi I have had an order just arrive to Sydney and the day it was scheduled for delivery it’s now saying import terminated ! Can I please get an update

It's waiting collection now. You need to contact Australia Post to ask how to get it as soon as possible. Australia Post is in charge of delivering it to you in Australia.

I have this parcel CP422851703CN sent from Shanghai to Sydney which arrived in Sydney in 21 Oct and showed “ awaiting clearance” since then. Called auspost many times and were told to contact China post to lodge an Investigation to locate where the parcel is. Can anyone suggest how to lodge such an investigation?
