tracking parcel from Australia

Hi,
My tracking number is ES993497620AU.
This is a parcel posted from Australia. There seems to be something wrong with the delivery address of the parcel as the destination should be Hong Kong instead of mainland China. Is it possible to chase the current location of the parcel? As it is believed that the parcel is still in China. Thank you.

Hi Sage Au,

You need to let the receiver in Hong Kong to change the address by calling China Post service number 11185 if the address is wrong.

Have they got any email contact? Contact by phone is not quite possible.

Hi I am trying to find out if my parcel AG191950589CN has been handed over to another carrier in Australia and if the tracking Number has changed.
