I put my number in and all I get is a look of numbers and figures which mean nothing. No map showing where it is. Can you help please n4sC

my two parcels with tracking numbers CP419420544CN &
CP419420527CN were shipped on 30/08/2021 from China to Pakistan...but i got only one parcel with tracking number CP419420544CN. My other parcel with tracking number CP419420527CN did not reach me. I paid 1041 yuan for that parcel.
