Hello I am trying to track a parcel from Amazon which I purchased at the very beginning of November and we had an estimated delivery date of 8 December. I can't seem to get any answers from anywhere and this is a Christmas present. Can you please update me on my package, tracking number LX210453536CN.

Hi Alison Lole,

LX210453536CN belongs to a ePacket number. It should be reached within 7-15 working days. But the tracking number couldn't be tracked in China Post tracking system. I think it's an incorrect or invalid tracking number.

You'd better contact the seller to ask why it's not arrived in time. If they don't reply you, you'd better open an dispute to Amazon to ask your money back.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
