tracking of two parcels

Hello.
I mailed two parcels from South Africa to China in August and September. I have not received them yet.
The tracking numbers are:
CN001530849ZA
CN001528448ZA

They are address to Wenjiang District, Chengdu

Please help me as it has been many months and i am very worried they may have been lost.

Hi Alicia,

It should arrive China within three months. If it takes over three months and not arrived China, it's not normal. You'd better contact South Africa Post by calling 0860 111 502 to let them check what happened to the two parcels and ask compensation if they are lost.

This is my second experience with Chinapost because the Royal Mail keeps sending parcels through you guys, and both times, I have had this same problem.
My parcels have been stuck in Tianjin for 2 whole weeks.

I don't know what to do.

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?
