Tracking number RX584467734DE

Hi there,
I've mailed a small package RX584467734DE from Canada to Shenzhen, China. The tracking has shown "Frankfurt export customs cleared" and "China Post". But there was not further update since then.
Could you help to check where the package is now?

But it showed "Frankfurt cleared" on Sep 02, it has been more than a month since then... Is it normal?
They said the estimated time is 15 days...

Don't believe the estimated time they provide. In most times, the package couldn't be reached in the estimated time to my experience. More than a month is very normal.

It has been 2 weeks since last inquiry, and 2 months since I mailed it, but the status is still as of Sept 2 in Germany... Can you advise when it may arrive?

I found you used DHL eCommerce US to send the parcel. I'm not sure if it could be tracked when it's in China. It may arrive in China but the tracking system doesn't update. You'd better contact DHL at your place to check where it is now.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
