I would like to enquire about the register mail which posting on 28/7 to Shang Hai, China, the last update from Singpost tracking on 4/8 is "Receive item at delivery office (Country: CN)", then after that don't have any update again, may I know if there any issues?

The delivery was failed for many times as the recipient couldn't be get connected. It will be returned back later. You'd better contact the receiver to let him call China Post service number 11185 as soon as possible to ask for a re-delivery if possible.
