Tracking number now expired?

My parcel has not updated in almost two months and now the Tracking number has supposedly expired and the company will not respond. It’s LX068562450CN. It has been in transit for 3 months and I have received other packaged from China in less than a month.

Hi Lynsay,

Packages sent to UK during March by e-packet are greatly delayed due to the coronavirus. It should be reached in early July to my experience, you'd better wait for more days to receive it. If you don't want to wait, you have the right to ask for refund from the seller.

Hello! My tracking number is LY010106880CN
It seemed like my package was stuck for nearly two months, and then finally made it to Shanghai air transport, but from there the tracking number expired.

Is it still on its way? Will the tracking number update once it gets to the U.S.?
