I have the tracking number RS211751315CN for a package planned to be received in Colombia. All the information I get is that it left the airport on September 8th.

The tracking number RS211751315CN, shows the package was shipped by air on september the 8th.
I contacted 4-72 at 01 8000 111 210, but they say they don't have the package and I need to talk to you.

It's not lost. It's on the way to Colombia now. The average arrival time for the package from China to South Africal is 40-90 days and avg. arrival days is 55 days. So, you'd better wait for another month to see.

Better call 01 8000 111 210 in your country to contact Post service in Colombia to see if they have got the package.
