Hello,
I made an order and the tracking number is AG126993615CN which I see it has arrived to destination.
But it is not in my possesion and I need the product. I asked to the local authorities and nobody can tell me anything as they cannot search after tracking number starting with AG.
Please tell me where is the package and how I can get it?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
