Hello I am waiting for an order with tracking number LZ681255588CN it has been too long. I have paid it and you keep it in your Post Office can you explain to me the reason? I am waiting for your answer to the email [email protected] Do you keep it there from 21/04/2021 why? I have paid for this package and I am losing my money

Hi GIANNA EFENTAKI,

It could't be left China and was returned back to Zhengzhou city where the seller is located. You couldn't get it. Don't wait for more days. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hi Sugiri Handoko,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
