When I check the tracking number - this is the message I get - see below.
“Shanghai, Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station Returned“

. Does this mean my item has been returned to the sender? Or is the item being shipped to me?

Hi Cass,

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. To my experience, it will be back to the seller. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
