I ordered from URBANPODS on NOV11...it's now DECEMBER 03 and my package status hasn't changed since NOV 25. and nobody knows where it is. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE??

It left China on Nov. 26 and is en route to Italy now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach, please wait patiently.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
