Tracking number legit?

Got a tracking number about a month ago. However it doesn't seem to show any updates and says it's not found when looking it up in other sites.

Hi Fae,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
