Tracking number has not updated after leaving Beijing

I shipped an item to Norway from the US using the US Post Office. I was given a tracking number UH053287742US, and the last update was on May 13, where it left Beijing. There have been no updates since, and it is now June 4. How do I find out where my item is.

USPS directed me to ask China Postal for an answer because they couldn't find any more information on their end. Since I'm not getting a definitive answer from your end other than to go back to USPS, does this mean my package has been lost by China Postal?

Hi Jennifer,
In normal, as USPS is the courier you use, they should check it for you. We are only a tracking platform. We could only see it's stopped on May 13. You need to call China Post service number 86 10 11185 (Chinese language) to check.

For English service, after dial 86 10 11185 and hear some chinese language, you can can press 8 to get English service.

There is no update after May 13. You'd better contact USPS to ask if it could be tracked to the end. If it could, there should be another tracking number to track it. You can require USPS to provide it to you to check.
