Tracking Number Expired, Package Still Stuck After 80 Days

It's regarding SAL CP406757960CN, and nothing has been updated since. Now as I check again, the tracking number shows "expired" instead of "in transit", and I'm extremely worried. I'd like to ask about several things:
1. Can I get the tracking number "re-activated" or this "expired" status be clarified somehow to keep me updated.
2. Whom exactly should I be contacting regarding this possible "stuck" issue, I know it's not USPS since it has not even cleared customs and still shows "pre-shipment" at USPS's own tracking. The seller (actually, Suqibuy) I've talked to but they could not give me an instruction since they have already handed the item to the logistics and gave me a valid tracking number.
3. Is this a normal delay by the look of the tracking, or does it seem like a bigger problem?

What could be causing the ORIGIN and DESTINATION tracking info (both from 17track) to look so different? Is this going to be an issue since the DESTINATION side never got the "Arrived NY" information on there?

It was delivered by airline on July 11 and takes about 40-80 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
