Hello together,

after a lot of work, I managed to send my parcel to Germany on the 20th of May via a local parcel center in Shanghai.

I kept trying to enter the tracking number and track the parcel every week. The final delivery date was always early to mid-July.

In the meantime, there is no longer a final delivery date and the last update is from 21th of May.

As this is an emotional shipment - including souvenirs from China and other personal stuff - I would be very grateful if you could check where exactly my parcel is currently located.

Also nobody from China Post responds me to my Mails...

It has been over two months since I have received any more updates on my package's
shipping location. This was (September 19th) I have tried tracking it on the
china post website and not it won't even recognize the tracking number. I
have done some research and I am well over the usual window for average delivery
times from china to my address. I have not even heard word of it reaching Canada
yet. However I am aware there is a postal worker strike in canada is it possible the package has arrived and hasn't been processed due to the strike?

I ordered some shoes back March 28 that I still have not received. When I track the package it says a month ago it was about to fly to JFK airport and that's the last I've heard of it. Tracking number LY068694708CN please help me. The merchant on eBay said it was sent. The package says it was sent but I'm still waiting 2 months later???? Is my package lost? Is there a email or phone number I can call to ask the carrier what's going on with it? Is this normal?
