Hi
Hopefully you can help me with this tracking number, the last update is informing me that the parcel has been delivered unfortunately this is not the case I still have not received my parcel. I have emailed the company who I purchased the item off but they are not replying to my emails. I do hope you can look into this matter for me as it is a gift from my wife for my retirement. Hi Dave,

We could only see AQ322092761CN was delivered on May 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
