Hello, your package has been delivered on 2024-04-18 6:56 at Cuneo. If you didn't received it yet contact seller or your local postal facility!

Can you help me understand where it has been delivered? i cannot contact the seller because the seller is a shop who has closed and i have no contacts. also i asked to the italian post service and they tell me they don't have it. how can i know which society delivered the pack?
