To whom it may concern,

I have recently received a tracking link for a client and they are wondering why the updates for the delivery keep elongating, and why there has not been an update since May 7, 2020. I would like to know what is going on with the package so I can update my customer.

Hi silver4293,

It's still stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the prossing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

USPS tracking number - no way to call number listed... won't go thru (0 reply)

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
