Tracking number

hello,I am waiting for a Parcel from Tusou in Guangzhou. I only have the tracking number from Tusou (TSC297814063495CN) and it tells me that the Parcel arrived at my Postoffice in Switzerland. But they need an international tracking number to find it in their system.
I can't contact the seller and I wanted to know if there is a chance to get the international tracking number otherwise?

Hi Sontsch,

It's shipped by Tusou Logistices. There is no more tracking number for it. It works to the end. Just track it to see.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

USPS tracking number - no way to call number listed... won't go thru (0 reply)

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
