Hi,
I ordered 2 pairs of adidas shoes, and have made full payment to these. According to the tracking number AM350303682CN, the goods were delivered on 27.5.2024. However, this is not true. I have yet to receive any of these, and no alert was received that these were delivered. I want a full explanation and if not delivered, I want a full refund

Hi Raymond Ang,

AM350303682CN was delivered on May 27. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Singapore. Then, use the number to check with Singapore post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
